Nose

A very tropical fruity nose, pineapples, mangoes, peaches

Body

Spices, sweet fruitiness with a hint of smoke, grassy, creamy, peachy, vanilla, a bit oily

Finish

Medium, dry finish, spices, a bit salty

Although it's an Islay dram, I feel like the cask is too dominant, resulting in an over-sherried Islay that is more sweet (and bitter/oaky/tannic) than smoky

Nose

The nose starts off meaty & briny but then gets more creamy & vanilla & a bit sweet

Body

Quite sweet, then gets smokier, definitely more meaty, runs a bit hot towards the end

Finish

Long, dry, slightly bitter finish
