A rollercoaster of a journey in terms of flavors, similar to older 70s Laphroaig (the 10-12yo versions) but more depth
Nose
Seasmoke, salty, seaweed, iodine, typical Laphroaig nose but a bit more sweet & fruity than normal
Body
The body is definitely very full & strong, as expected from the 54,2% ABV. Starts off smokier than I expected, then turns into sweet fruitiness and then ends slightly spicy & hot
